Have used them for 23 years to do jobs from small to major. Never once had any issue they didn’t take care of or stand behind and have always been fair with their pricing. Have recommended to friends who were as happy with their work and fair pricing as I’ve always been!

Used them twice. The first time they were here, they were here for about 2 hours, installed new pipe, pex and connected a sink for $350. Great work, thought I'd use them again, and they came out to look at a sump pump, were here less than an hour, and charged $775 to take a piece of insulation out of the pump. Feel like they are making prices up on the fly and nearly $800 to unclog a drain when many companies market $99 for same service is ridiculous.

I have been very pleased with the service and all the good folks at AAA Plumbing Doctor! Great service, great work and reasonably priced. I truly like John and Susan, the owners, AND all the super nice and knowledgeable guys that work for them!

Love the people, but apparently so does everyone, so they are always busy. They lowered our price for our most recent repair (our intake water line was leaking), because my husband did most of the digging. Even though they had to drill into our foundation the repair was done rather quickly. My neighbor used them also and not all of their work got finished in a timely manner.

John and his crew roughed in our new bathroom and we were happy with their work and responsiveness. They were super helpful and stopped by twice to discuss a plan and then started and completed work in a timely manner. The crew was nice, we felt comfortable with them in our home and the work looks good! We will be calling AAA for all our plumbing needs. Thanks! The French Family

I called in the late evening about a broken hot water heater and a cracked pipe in a crawl space. John and his partner arrived the next morning with a new, high quality water heater, installed it, found the cracked pipe in a the crawl space and repaired it, cleaned up the area and was on their way. All at a very good price. They're very courteous and attentive to your needs. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them for any and all of your plumbing needs.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I had what we thought would be your standard main line clean out and it turned into a huge city problem. They helped every step of the way. Got me in contact with the proper city people to get the job done. Super courteous. You can tell they actually care for their customers. Great people. I've used them in the past for installing a tankless water heater. It wasn't an easy job, took more time then expected, but they kept their word. Hopefully I won't have any more major issues, but if I do, I know who to call! Thank you!!!

They were here within 2 hours and unstopped my kitchen drain using an electric snake. They warned me before doing the work that since I had metal pipes in the basement it could put a hole in it. I gave them the OK. Plumbing always seems high to me and it was $119.00. The only issue I had is he failed to tell me there would be a 4% charge because I used credit.
